today the topic for activity 3 is about when I (or someone else) that did something brave like Mr Chesley Sullenberger or sully but if you don't know who sully is. Then here is some informion about him:
so here is a short recape of when my friend was very brave:
so one day my friend was at the top of a water fall it was as high as a two (or three) story house. so my friend desided to jump off the water fall. (it was very funny because she was flopping around so much)after she jump she shout "I MADE A BIG MYSTAKE". then she did a face first into the water. (it was very deep, also she knew how to swim).
so that is all I have for this blog post! bye!
Kia Ora Lillias,
ReplyDeleteKueni here again from the Summer Learning Journey, I hope you are having an awesome Monday!
Thank you for completing Week One, Day Two, Activity Three: BONUS ACTIVITY. I like that you have included the little blurb of this activity onto your blog post, as this gives additional information for your blog viewers to see what your basing your post on, ka pai!
Thank you for sharing about your friend who was very brave for jumping from the top of a waterfall. I like that you added a lot of details to your short story and you also included that your friend could swim so it was still a lot of fun!
I have been to a few waterfalls, jumping rocks and bridges to swim off since summer started but I am never as brave as your friend to be the first to jump. I always like to wait a little longer, when someone else has done the jump, before I do it.
Where is your favourite place to swim, is it a certain beach? Swimming pools? Lake/ River?
I look forward to reading more of your blog posts,
Kueni :)
Tēnā koe Lillias, how is your summer going?
ReplyDeleteMy name is Eliza and I’m working as a blog commenter on the Summer Learning Journey this summer. Have you done the Summer Learning Journey before? I’m looking forward to reading your posts and the other bloggers' posts from the Ako Hiko cluster, over the next week! If you want to know more about me, you can check out my blog.
Thank for sharing the bravery story about your friend at the waterfall. It sounds like she was super brave in that moment and I'm glad she knew how to swim! I get a bit scared jumping off high things into water, mostly because I don’t want the water to go up my nose and in my ears though!
I’ve noticed that you haven’t been active in a while, and we really enjoyed reading your posts when you were active. I thought I would just jump on your blog and give you a gentle reminder that the Summer Learning Journey finishes next Friday (24th January) so you have until then to do as many activities as you can. Remember that the more activities you do, the more points you gain and the higher the chance of you winning some really cool prizes!
Happy blogging, I look forward to reading more of your posts :)
Eliza.
