22/11/19 week 1 day 1 activity 3 Lillias

Hello again,

And today i'm doing activity 3 on week one (sorry that I was so slow, i'm trying to catch up). So todays activie is to select a charity that you are interested in like spac, auckland city mission and some more. And then you have to write a short explanation of what the charity does.

So here is what I choose and what this charity does:

I choose SPCA and I choose this charity because it has helping animals and I LOVE animal. so this is my short explanation:

The SPCA is reponsible for finding new homes for cat, dogs and other animals. Also when the owner can't take care of the animal or maybe they have to move to a place where dosen't allowed pets.

That is all for now! See you on the next post!

  1. Hello Lillias,
Your zooming through this activities. Keep up the amazing work. I really like how you explained what the SPCA does and what your opinion is on it. I also like to SPCA because they help animals who deserve better. Maybe next time you could check about capital letters and full stops. Overall I would say it was a much better post. Keep up the phenomenal work.

  2. Ahiahi Marie Lillias,

I hope you had an awesome and restful Christmas and New Years. I also hope you have been enjoying your summer break!

Kei te pai on making it to your first bonus activity of week one! I like that you have chosen the SPCA charity for this activity and that you have acknowledged their work with animals. This has proven to be a very popular charity with a lot of the students within the Ako Hiko cluster.

I really enjoyed reading your blog post about the SPCA, I like that you explained why you chose the SPCA charity. I love animals too! What is your favourite animal?

Did you know that the SPCA offers free online resources to educate people about the SPCA and animals. I will post the link to their website where you can out more, It is such an awesome resource bank:
